Housekeeping is an area of our business that we take very seriously. Our goal is for your family to enjoy your second home with your family and not have to worry about the headaches of scheduling reliable and professional housekeepers. We outfit our units with premium linens, towels, and a small supply of household items, and take inventory of your household items. Inspections is another key focus area for Carolina Vacation Stays. Our Housekeeping and Inspection process gives us three opportunities to ensure your house is clean, ready, and in order for your next stay.

Maintenance

Carolina Vacation Stays has an in-house maintenance team for all of your property’s needs. In addition to our experienced staff we work with some of the Grand Strand’s most reputable contractors and vendors. We can facilitate any maintenance request or project from routinely changing batteries to larger projects such as remodeling entire homes. Our goal is to provide all of our homeowners a positive experience with clear communication, issues and requests resolved, and a high level of customer service.
